Gratitude Challenge Day 22 - Refocusing on your desires

We've been on a journey with our gratitude challenge so far.  And that's just what this is.  It's a continuous journey.  Some days you will do better than others in practicing gratitude, and that's OK.  The most important thing is to keep a grateful heart in mind every day, and to find some time each and every day to think about what you are grateful for in order to continue to receive good energy in your life, and good things to follow.
Today's challenge is very simple, and we are just going to go back and focus on the desire list you created at the beginning of the challenge.  If you've forgotten where you put your list, that's OK.  You can make a new one and list the top 10 things you desire in your life now.  Take your desire list today and read each sentence on your list.  Spend at least 1 minute on each item and close your eyes and visualize you've received that desire.  Feel that you have it already.
Your checklist for today:
1.  Make your gratitude list of 10 things you are grateful for today and why.
2.  Read through your Top 10 Desire list you made earlier and spend time on each item visualizing you already received each item on your list.
3.  Before bed tonight, pick up your gratitude object and think about all the good tings that happened to you today.  Think of the best thing that happened today and say Thank you!
