Gratitude Challenge Day 21 - Controlling outcomes with gratitude

Gratitude Challenge Day 21 - Controlling outcomes with gratitude

"You say grace before meals.  All right.  But I say grace before the concert and the opera, and grace before the play and pantomime, and grace before I open a book, and grace before sketching, painting, swimming, fencing, boxing, walking, playing, dancing and grace before I dip the pen into ink."
-G. K. Chesterton
Hope isn't good enough to get a good outcome in any situation.  Thing don't happen by just hoping they will.  They don't happen by luck.  The laws of the universe operate mathematically, and it is something we can all count on.
Just like we don't hope the law of gravity will keep us on the ground so we don't float away, we don't need to hope things will turn out OK.  Because we know the law of attraction can influence our outcomes to happen the way we want them to happen.  Remember, like attracts like.
We can use our thoughts and feelings to attract the outcomes we want.  The easiest way is by being grateful for the great outcomes we will receive.  The challenge is about being grateful before you do something you want to go well.  It could be anything, from the interview going well, to making it safely to your destination, to having an amazing time at a party.  You need to say thank you for the outcome you want for each event before you actually do it.
Whenever a situation comes up wher eyou feel like you don't have control over something, or you're hoping it will turn out well, remember to be grateful for the good outcome.  Control your thoughts and feelings and you will get the outcome you want with the law of attraction.
Think about three things that you are feeling a little anxious about or that you are hoping go well today.  Instead of just saying that you hope it goes well, write down a thank you for the good outcome before it happens.  For example, for each thing, write  Thank you for the excellent outcome to______________!
Your checklist for today:
1.  Write down your 10 things you are grateful for today and why.  Remember to say thank you 3 times after each thing on your list.
2. Think of 3 things that you are hoping will go well today, and are unsure right now of the outcome.  Write down each thing like you've already received a good outcome and say Thank you!  Thank you for the excellent outcome to________!
3.  Before you go to sleep tonight, pick up your gratitude object and think about all the good things that happened during your day today.  Pick the best thing that happened and say thank you!
